The three branches established by the constitution are legislative,judicial and the executive.
legislative: make laws (Congress - house of representative and Senate).
judicial: evaluate laws (supreme court and other courts).
executive: carries out laws ( Congress,vice president,president, cabinet and most federal agencies).
