x+y=379-----> x=379-y------> equation 1
12.5x+10y=4477.50------> equation 2

substitute equation 1 in equation 2
12.5*[379-y]+10y=4477.50----> 4737.5-12.5y+10y=4477.50
2.5y=260-----> y=104 
x=379-y----> x=379-104-----> x=275

the answer is
275 tickets of the lower box
