If the equation is
[tex]3h = \frac{2h + 8}{4} [/tex]
Then, it's:

3h × 4 = 2h + 8
12h - 2h = 8
10h = 8
h = 8 ÷ 10
Answer : 0.8 (in decimal) , 4/5 (in fraction)

If the equation is
[tex] \frac{3h}{4} = 2h + 8[/tex]
Then it's
3h = 4(2h+8)
3h = 8h + 32
3h-8h = 32
-5h = 32
h= 32÷-5
h= -6.4

I'm not sure which is divided by four. Hopefully this helps you :D
