An employee has the right to complain to the employer or to OSHA if he/she believe that there is a risk or hazard in the workplace and at the same time, he/she can also request a hazard pay from the employer to compensate the danger present in the given job.  

Moreover, a hazard pay refers to a higher hourly rate or a bonus to the employee who take a serious risk while doing his/her job.
