Jen is a preschool teacher and always exhausted at the end of the day. She has learned in her child psychology course that color can affect mood. She decides to take 10 of her students that are the wildest and craziest and put them in a blue painted room because blue is supposed to be calming. She leaves the 10 students that are usually calm and quiet in the original white classroom. She measures the decibel level of noise in each room and finds that the rowdy students are still louder. What aspect of a good experiment did Jen forget? randomness, hypothesis, control, or replication. What is the control for Jen's experiment? Blue room, white room, calm kids, or color of the room.
