Part 1 -

You need to create your own log for tracking your food and beverage intake.

- You need to log at least 4 days of food and beverage - broken down into meals and snacks

- Make sure to record the serving size or estimate the amount you ate or drank

- You DO NOT need to track calories - you can if you want - but not required

Part 2 -

Log your food and beverage intake for at least 4 days on your food log - turn in either your digital file or a picture of your log
